Like Raw Cambodian, it can be professionally lightened to 613 blonde, with consistent care helping protect your investment.

The amount of hair you need depends on your style, length, and desired fullness.

Sew-ins, Quick Weaves & Custom Wigs
For lengths longer than 24 inches, we recommend 4 bundles for a fuller finish. Your stylist can help confirm the amount needed for shorter lengths and styles using a closure or frontal.

Boho Knotless Braids
We recommend 2–3 bundles of boho hair, depending on how full and curly you want your braids.

Miracle Knots
For a full head, we recommend 4–5 bundles, depending on your desired fullness.

Yes! All of our hair collections can be colored, but lightening results vary.

Virgin bundles can be lightened to a #27 honey-blonde shade and are a great choice for darker colors.

For bright colors, we recommend Raw Cambodian or JÄBI Lux Raw, which can be professionally lightened to 613 blonde. Our 613 Blonde hair comes pre-lightened and can be toned or colored.

Professional coloring and a strand test are recommended. Colored hair needs extra conditioning and gentle care to maintain its softness and appearance.

Treat your JÄBI Strands like your natural hair. A consistent routine helps maintain softness, appearance, and reusability.

Wash & Condition
Cleanse gently with shampoo and follow with conditioner. Rinse thoroughly and avoid rubbing or bunching the hair. Allow your hair and the base of your install to dry completely.

Detangle Gently
Start at the ends and work upward in small sections, supporting the hair near the weft or lace. For curly textures, detangle while damp with conditioner using your fingers or a wide-tooth comb.

Style With Care
Always use heat protectant and limit excessive heat. Avoid heavy product buildup. Blonde and colored hair need extra conditioning and gentle handling.

Protect At Night
Loosely braid or twist your hair before bed and wear a satin bonnet or scarf. Avoid sleeping with wet hair.

Store Between Installs
Store bundles and wigs clean, completely dry, and detangled. Handle lace gently and avoid pulling or scratching it.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, including choosing the wrong length, texture, collection, or lace size.

Because hair extensions and lace products are personal-use items, we cannot verify their condition once they leave our care. This policy helps protect product hygiene and ensures every customer receives new, unworn hair.

Please review your selections carefully before checkout. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or defective item, contact us promptly with your order number and clear photos so we can review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution.

HOW DO ORDERING, PICKUP & DELIVERY WORK?

Ordering & Shipping Time
All hair is ordered and shipped to us first. Please allow at least 3–5 days for shipping before your hair is available for pickup or local delivery. Shipping delays may extend this timeframe.

Please keep this timing in mind when booking your hair appointment. Order in advance and confirm your hair is ready before your scheduled service.

Pickup
Once your hair arrives and is ready, you can pick it up at the provided location. Please arrange a pickup time and wait for confirmation before arriving.

Local Delivery
After your hair arrives, local delivery can be arranged. Contact us to confirm availability, delivery fees, and a delivery time for your address.

All hair is shipped to us first, then either picked up or locally delivered.
